Brazil’s Concessionaria Ecovias dos Imigrantes is preparing to raise BRL750m ($381m) in the domestic bond market, according to regulatory filings. The toll road operator has received approval to execute the sale, but details remain to be set. Finance officials at the company were unavailable for comment.
