Builder Clinches Debentures

Camargo Correa Construcoes and Particpacoes has finished the sale of BRL470m ($201m) in local bonds, according to Anbima. The builder’s 2018 debenture pays 109.6% of the DI and begin amortizing in equal annual installments beginning in 2015. Banco do Brasil arranged the transaction, done under the rule 476 restricted format.
