Bladex Commitments Due Mid-April

Bladex is looking for commitments for its $250m 3-year syndicated loan by April 13, says a person familiar with the transaction. The multinational bank is offering an early bird fee of an extra 10bp for any banks that commit by April 8. BNP Paribas and Standard Chartered are bookrunners on the loan, which will be priced at Libor +120bp. The transaction is expected to close by the end of April and will be drawn in May.
