Colombian Gas Distributor Eyes Domestic Bond

Surtidora de Gas del Caribe, a subsidiary of Promigas, is preparing to issue up to COP200bn ($110m) in Colombia’s local bond market, according to regulatory documents. The Colombian gas distributor is awaiting authorization to issue bonds of 2-20 years maturity. Corficolombiana is expected to lead the deal, rated AAA on a national scale.
