Paraguay Cabinet Changes

Paraguay’s president, Nicanor Duarte Frutos, has replaced two of his Cabinet in an expected shuffle of personnel ahead of elections next year. Rogelio Benítez moves from the interior ministry to become the new minister of public works and communications replacing Pánfilo Benítez, while lawyer Guillermo Delmás Frescura takes over at the interior ministry.
