Argentina to Take Chile Beef Complaint to WTO

Argentina is to lodge a formal complaint against Chile before the World Trade Organization (WTO) for blocking beef exports because of an outbreak of foot and mouth disease. The two neighbors are also locked in argument over wheat price controls at the WTO.
