BV Leasing Aims High

Brazilian leasing company BV Arrendamento Mercantil, part of local industrial conglomerate Grupo Votorantim, is to make one of the largest issues of local debt securities. The company has filed with the local securities regulator, CVM, to issue up to $2.8 million worth of non-convertible debentures via Bovespa. Banco Votorantim will coordinate the issue.
