Mexican Bolsa Hires Advisors

The Mexican stock exchange has mandated BBVA Bancomer and UBS to advise it on a preparing the exchange for an initial public offering later this year. Pedro Zorillo, the BMV’s chief operating officer, said BMV shareholders would consider streamlining the exchange’s corporate structure ahead of the IPO.
