Panama retapped a 2036 global Wednesday for $450 million, bringing the total outstanding amount of 2036 paper to $1.8 billion. The notes priced at 103.375 to yield 6.437%, or 163.5 basis points over US Treasuries. Morgan Stanley was sole lead.
