Globo Raises $200m

Brazilian media group Globo priced at par to sell $200m of bonds Thursday. The 7.25% yield on the 15-year non-call 5 notes is equivalent to a spread of 258bp over Treasuries. Deutsche Bank led the Ba1/BB rated offering.
