Petrobras’ Argentina Unit To Raise $300m

Petrobras Energia is looking to raise $300m in 10-year notes for working capital, capex and debt refinancing. The bonds will include a change of control put at 101 and a make-whole call. The company mandated HSBC and Morgan Stanley for the offering.
