Lifetime Moves Into Mexico
US homeware designer and consumer products company Lifetime has agreed to pay around $22m for a 29.99% stake in Mexican kitchenware producer Ekco SAB. Lifetime expects the deal to close before the end of September. The transaction represents a first step into the Mexican market for Lifetime.
