Moody’s Rates GE Capital Mexico Deal

Moody’s has assigned an Aaa rating to GE Capital Mexican Funding Trust’s program of certificados bursatiles worth up to MXP10bn, issued by the Trust F/307 constituted with ABN AMRO. The ratings are based on an unconditional and irrevocable guarantee provided by General Electric Capital Corporation, rated Aaa with a stable outlook.
