Brazil Car Rental Company Files IPO

Unidas, the Brazilian subsidiary of Portugual’s Solucoes Automoveis Globais, has filed to IPO on the Bovespa. The timeline and expected size were not disclosed. UBS Pactual and Itau are joint bookrunners.
