TMM to Establish Share Buyback Fund

Grupo TMM’s board of directors has approved a reserve fund to acquire its own shares, subject to the required legal and corporate approvals. The fund was approved at a meeting earlier this week. TMM is a multimodal transportation and logistics company based in Mexico City.
