Brazil’s Even Adds Debenture Sale

Builder Even Construtora e Incorporadora plans to sell BRL100m in 2012 debentures, it says in a regulatory filing. It does not specify the exact date of the sale, which will be managed by Banco Votorantim. The offer comes from the same shelf used to sell BRL150m in 2012s at the beginning of the month via Itau.
