Dubai’s Jumeirah in Argentina Hotel Venture
Dubai-based hotelier Jumeirah Group will invest $80m in a new hotel and luxury villas in Argentina, according to Argentine state news agency Telam. The Jumeirah Culu Culu Polo Resort will be located in Los Lobos, in the province of Buenos Aires, and feature eight polo courts, a spa and fitness center. The project also contemplates 220 luxury villas and a golf course in its second phase, with a projected investment of $600m. This will be Jumeirah’s first foray into LatAm. The chain owns properties in Abu Dhabi, Mallorca, Bermuda and London.
