Banco Sofisa Plots 3-Year Bond

Brazil’s Banco Sofisa is starting a roadshow this week to support a 3-year dollar bond issue. The mid-size bank has not indicated a size, but at least $100m is expected. The debt is part of a $300m program to expand its lending portfolio. This could also include a syndicated loan or multilateral debt. Pricing could come as early as the beginning of next week. Santander and UBS are managing the trade.
