Merrill Promotes Mexico Banker

Merrill Lynch has named Alberto Ardura head of LatAm client coverage, according to an official familiar with the matter, a position he will take on in addition to his existing role as head of fixed-income currency and commodities for Mexico. The job involves forming a team to support the bank’s largest LatAm clients across different countries and products, a responsibility which previously fell among different groups. The promotion is effective immediately.
