Ternium to Invest in Monterrey Steel Plant

Ternium, the LatAm-based global steel processor and tubemaker, plans to invest $4.2bn over the next 5 years to build a steel plant in Monterrey, Mexico. The project will be executed in two phases, with the first one expected online in four years and the second in 2013.
