ICA, Linde Nab Cryogenic Plant Concession

Pemex has selected ICA Fluor Daniel and Linde Process Plants to build a cryogenic plant in Veracruz with an investment of $268m. Construction is expected to begin in August and should take about 2 years, Pemex says. Including the winners, there were a total of 17 companies vying for the concession, among them Samsung, Ingenieria Mexico and Tecnint Proyectos e Ingenieria.
