Brookfield Sells Faria Lima Share

Brazilian real-estate company Brookfield Incorporacoes says it has sold a 70% stake in the Triple A Faria Lima commercial building project for BRL600.6m. The developer said it got 4 bids on the 34,000m square property and the winner was Maragogipe Investimentos e Participacoes, part of the Victor Malzoni Group.
