Rossi Lines Up BdB Credit

The board of Rossi Residencial has authorized the company to obtain a credit line worth BRL300m from Banco do Brasil, the company says. The Brazilian homebuilder plans to use proceeds to reinforce its working capital, and does not give any other details about the facility. Rossi is also preparing a 2015 debenture issue of up to BRL500m through Santander.
