Su Casita and Bancomer Quit Talks

Mexican mortgage lender Hipotecaria Su Casita and BBVA Bancomer have canceled negotiations regarding a possible sale of assets as they did not agree on valuation criteria. As a result, Su Casita, which is 40% owned by Spain’s Caja Madrid, says it will seek other alternatives and meet creditors late this month.
