Banco Pine Closes Loan

Banco Pine closed a BRL207m securitized loan using the FIDC structure. The 4.5 year FIDC is expected to pay the DI rate plus 2.0% and will be backed by various types of credit at the mid-size lender. BTG Pactual managed the deal, rated AA+ on a national scale.
