AD Retail to Issue Local Bond

Chile’s AD Retail is planning to come to the local bond market with a UF4m ($184m) 10-year bond, according to a regulatory filing. The timing of the bond has not yet been determined, says a banker on the deal. IM Trust is the lead bank.
