Colombia Changes Price for Ebsa Sale

The government of Colombia changed the price of its planned divestiture of Empresa de Energia de Boyaca (Ebsa) to COP12.25 per share from COP11.28 per share. The government plans to privatize its 99.41% stake in the utility, representing a total potential value of COP499bn ($280m). The government had decreed the sale last year.
