Shell Forced to Sell Brazil Subsidiary

Royal Dutch Shell must sell the Brazilian aviation fuel assets it acquired from Cosan in 2009 for $75m, according to antitrust regulator Cade. Cade says that if Shell does not sell the assets within 60 days, it will be fined BRL20,000 a day. The transaction includes the sale of Jacta Participacoes.
