AES Brazil Unit Closes Debentures

AES Eletropaulo has raised BRL600m ($326m) in local debentures. The unit of the US generation company has recently placed 2021 notes paying the DI+1.5%, in order to repay debt and improve its debt profile. Bradesco managed the sale, done through he rule 476 restricted format.
