Brazilian Retailer Closes Debenture Sale

Brazilian catalogue retailer Hermes has raised BRL150m ($87m) in the domestic bond market. The 2015 bond pays 116.5% of the DI. Bradesco handled the sale, done under the rule 476 restricted format.
