Road Operator Gets Local Debt

Triangulo do Sol Auto-Estradas, a Brazilian road operator, has completed the sale of BRL620m ($312m) in domestic bonds, according to Anbima. The Sao Paulo state concessionaire’s 1.5-year notes pay the DI+2.25%. Santander managed the sale, done under the rule 476 restricted format.
