Gol Names Replacement CFO

Brazil’s Gol has named Edmar Lopes as its next CFO, it says, a position he will hold together with that of investor relations director. Lopes’ promotion comes as predecessor Leonardo Pereira was nominated last week to head Brazil’s CVM. Pereira is awaiting confirmation from Brazil’s senate. Lopes has been with the Brazilian airline since 2011.
