Colombia Names Ministry Replacement

Interior minister Federico Renjifo has been named Colombia’s energy and mining minister. He replaces Mauricio Cardenas, who was tapped to head the finance ministry following Juan Carlos Echeverry’s resignation. The well-respected Echeverry was a surprise late inclusion to Santos’ recent cabinet reshuffling.
