Stone Harbor Adds Portfolio Manager

Stone Harbor Investment Partners has hired Bill Perry as a partner and portfolio manager for its emerging-market debt effort, according to a source familiar with the move. Perry, a corporate debt specialist, joins from Morgan Stanley, and will be based in New York.
