HSBC Analyst Exits Continue

HSBC LatAm equity analysts Pedro Herrera and Anisa Redman have left the bank, according to people familiar with the matter. Lauren Torres is to continue covering Latin American food and beverages, Redman’s sector, and Alexandre Falcao will take over coverage of LatinAm agricultural businesses for Herrera. The moves follow the recent departures of equity analyst Victor Galliano and of LatAm credit head Robert Schmieder. The bank had added Falcao to its LatAm equity research team in January, along with Francisco Schumacher and Sandra Boente.
