BNDES Takes Triunfo Position

BNDES has agreed to invest BRL330m ($167m) in infrastructure specialist Triunfo, Triunfo says. The Brazilian development bank’s BNDESpar arm bought 30m shares at BRL11.00 each. The price compares to a BRL12.00 closing level Tuesday.
