Macquarie Fibra Adds Industrial Properties

The Macquarie Mexican Fibra real estate fund has agreed to acquire 15 industrial properties for MXP1bn ($83m) from US-based DCT Industrial Trust, it says. The assets include 1.65m square feet of gross leasable area spread throughout five states. The deal is expected to close near the end of the 3Q or early 4Q, and will be funded using cash on hand and existing credit lines.
