A BRL120m ($54m) securitization of credits owed Brazilian sugar and ethanol producer Nardini Agroindustrial has priced, according to an offering document. The 6-year Gaia Agro Securitizadora fund pays the DI+3.0%. Banco do Brasil and Santander managed the sale.
