Inversiones La Rioja names CEO

Peruvian property investment firm Inversiones La Rioja appointed Luis Guillermo Chavez Perez as CEO on January 1, replacing Jose Agustin Eulogio de Aliaga Fernandini, who had held the job since 2008. The company was not available for further comment. It was in the local bond market in November when it sold a $40m 7.28% 2023 securitization, backed by cash flows and assets of the JW Marriott hotel in Lima.
