Goldman Brazil IB co-head resigns
Fabio Bicudo, co-head of Brazil investment banking for Goldman Sachs, has resigned, saying he is leaving to run a Brazilian company. He is reported to be moving to generator Eneva, previously known as MPX, although the company declined to comment. Jorgen Kildahl, board member of shareholder E.ON, replaced Eike Batista on an interim basis as Eneva chairman in July. Eneva secured a BRL600m ($257m) credit line and renegotiated short term debt in December, as part of a restructuring. A Goldman Sachs spokesperson declined to comment on a replacement for Bicudo.
