Investment firm Mexico Infrastructure Partners (MIP) reached an agreement with Acciona to acquire a 49% stake in its US photovoltaic portfolio and 100% of two wind farms in Mexico for €855 million ($1 billion), the Spanish infrastructure firm said Monday.
