Softbank also spearheaded a $13 million first round of financing for LearningSoft, the parent company of Spanish- and Portuguese-language educational game sites and XL Ventures also contributed to the financing for LearningSoft. These are among the first investments by Softbank Latin America Ventures since it was set up at the beginning of the year.
