Law firms have been active on the human resources front, poaching to beef up LatAm practices. Milbank, Tweed, Hadley & McCloy hired from Shearman & Sterling Andrew Bela Janszky as managing partner and Tobias Stirnberg as partner, both based in a new São Paulo office.
