|
On behalf of
Mizuho
and
LatinFinance, it is with great pleasure that we invite you to attend our special Breakfast Meeting on Monday April 7th, 2008, at the Conrad Hotel in Miami, on the occasion of the Annual Meetings of the Inter-American Development Bank (IDB).
The highlight of the breakfast will be a stimulating panel discussion which will bring together some of the emerging markets’ most influential and distinguished leaders for a lively debate on the rapid evolution of the Colombian economy and financial markets, its pace, direction and significance. As in all our Breakfast meetings, we will encourage participation from you and your fellow guests.
Divided into three broad sections the discussions will cover the real economy, financial services and capital markets exploring questions such as:
What is needed to spur economic growth and financial markets innovation and how vulnerable is Colombia to external shocks?
How is the financial sector expanding and evolving retail businesses to reach the traditionally unbanked?
How can the already successful and/or tier II Colombian companies access local and international capital markets in the current environment and how is the market for structured finance likely to evolve in Colombia?
The panel discussion will begin at 7.15 a.m. Coffee, fruit juice and a light breakfast will be served from 7.00 a.m.
Please RSVP and confirm your attendance click here. As, of course, there are space limitations we would politely request that you indicate your attendance as soon as possible.
