The annual Latin America – Political & Economic Challenges breakfast meeting, co-hosted by the Corporación Andina de Fomento (CAF), LatinFinance and BBVA, will be held on March 31, 2009, at the Hotel Dann Carlton Medellin, Medellin Colombia on the occasion of the Annual Meetings of the Inter-American Development Bank (IDB). - the likely affects of economic slowdown on the political landscape and on the abilities of the region’s governments to meet the aspirations of their population.
- the prospects for the financial sector and for the evolution of local capital markets.
