Pesquera Diamante Closes
Peru’s Pesquera Diamante has closed a $165m 5-year term loan at 350bp over Libor. MLAs, who purchased tickets of $22.5m each, include JPMorgan, BNP Paribas, BBVA and Santander. Proceeds are being used for acquisitions. Citi led.
