Operadora de Sites Mexicanos, a telecommunications tower company owned by Mexican billionaire Carlos Slim, sold MXN6 billion ($322 million) worth of bonds on Tuesday in what was its first offering in the local market since 2016. 

The firm priced MXN4.10 billion in three-year notes at 0.49% over the TIIE Fondeo, a local interbank rate that was 7.98% as of July 8. The company also printed MXN1.89 billion in bonds due in 2032 at a fixed rate of 9.58%, it said in a securities filing.

Inbursa, BBVA Casa de Bolsa, Scotiabank, and Santander acted as the underwriters, the company added without disclosing how will use the proceeds.

Operadora de Sites Mexicanos last tapped the bond market in February 2016, when it printed MXN2.5 billion worth of 9.4-year notes, according to company data.
